Is the Manta Drive customer serviceable?

The Manta Drive is NOT customer serviceable. It's a self-contained unit and should only be serviced by Inboard or our regional technical support centers (coming online this fall worldwide).

If you suspect your Manta Drive isn't working correctly, you can contact Inboard at support@inboardtechnology.com and we'll do everything we can to get your M1 fixed and get you back out there riding. If there is an issue with the Manta Drive an Inboard technical support representative would work with you to diagnose the issue, determine a potential solution, and decide on the best way to resolve it.
